Four ways in.

Teach the people, read what exists, decide what to build, build it.

01

Training

How do we actually work this way?

Span

One to two days, on site

Price

Fixed, per day plus travel

You get

Two days in your office, on your own code, with the people who do the work.

Ends with

Your team working the new way, instead of just knowing about it.

02

Audit

What's actually in there?

Span

One week

Price

Fixed, mid four figures

You get

A written report, worst first, with a fix list and prompts your agents can run.

Ends with

A list any competent developer can act on without me.

03

Plan

What should be built, and what must never be?

Span

One to two weeks

Price

Fixed, quoted on scope

You get

The decisions everything hangs off, what breaks, and the shape. Written to be handed over.

Ends with

A plan a competent team, or your own tools, can follow.

04

Solution

Can you just do it?

Span

Weeks to months

Price

Fixed, quoted from an audit or plan

You get

The thing, built and working, plus the documents to keep it running without me.

Ends with

Something running that you understand.

One that finished

Eight hundred products, no catalogue.

This is the shop that came out of it. The product photography, the descriptions and the storefront are all generated by one system, from ordinary photographs taken in the warehouse.

The Hi-Tech storefront: a catalogue of lighting products, each on a clean studio background, filterable by type, room, colour and finish.
Which one am I?
01Your team barely uses AI, or uses it and ships what nobody checked.Training
02Something is running that nobody can vouch for, and someone is about to look at it.Audit
03Nothing is built yet, and the expensive mistakes are the ones you cannot undo.Plan

Working with me
  • Based in Curaçao. On the island, in person, for local organizations.
  • Remote for teams in the Netherlands and the EU. My mornings overlap Dutch afternoons.
  • Dutch or English. Contracts and invoicing through Antillean.io, registered in Curaçao.
Terms, the same on all four
Price
Fixed, agreed before I start.
Guarantee
Three findings you didn't already know about, or you don't pay.
Access
Read-only, NDA first. No production data.
Scope
Fixed. What comes after is your call.
Capacity
Two a month.
Handover
Nobody has had to take a system over from me yet. So don't take it on trust. Ask for a redacted report and judge for yourself whether someone else could act on it.
Ownership
The code and the documents are yours, in writing, from the first day.
Where it runs
Your accounts, your repository. Nothing depends on my machine.
If I disappear
Notice period, handover pack, and the rate a replacement would charge. All in the contract.
Hours
Curaçao time. I work EU mornings, and we agree a response window in writing before I start.
Cover
Professional liability and a DPA on request, before any access.
Judge it first
Everything I hand over is written so a stranger can act on it. Ask for the sample before you commit to anything.
